It's been a bizz-E time, a bit too busy! I had a live-in that I was a bit naughty to my body on. I did way to much bending and lifting of pups. Combine that with hardly any sleep for 5 days and I started having really weird pains and alot less activity from Baby WIse. So Thursday after my morning walk, still wasn't getting any activity from the little one so I called the doctor (SO WORRIED) she said to take tylenol and stay in bed and knock it off with the lifting and bending!! After many hours of glorious naps and yummy food, I started feeling some kicks saying "I'm ok, just tired mom!" Still not the activity I am used to but I'm hoping the more rest I get the more it will get back to normal. Pray please!
So then I turned on the TV and watched some GREAT movies from the past! "Sixteen Candles" was on and I freaked! I love that movie! When I was younger,I took one look at Jake Ryan and said "That's what I want in a boyfriend!" That got me thinking of the other movies I have thought that about when I see the yummy man say or do something. Ok, so everyone loved "You complete me" from Jerry MaGuire, but I was thinking of some others like.....

Llyod Dobbler!! If you are among the 5 people who have not seen this movie, RUN and get it, it's wonderful! Great line of many, "I gave her my heart, she gave me a pen."
Yes he's stoic, yes he wears funny jumpers from his mum, but he will like you "just as you are" (sigh)

No list of yummy men is complete without Mr. Hugh Jackman! So chivalrous, so charming, so handsome.....so unattainable but a great flick to watch! When was the last time all the men at the table where you were sitting stood up every time you did in a show of respect? Wouldn't that be a sight at Olive Garden?
I have a BIG crush on Gerard Butler! Started with "The Phantom of the Opera" and has only gotten worse...way worse! In the movie "300" the way he treats his wife, the Queen is SO....amazingingly hot! In this picture, the messenger dude is about to disrespect the Queen and will quickly pay with his life. The way he talks to her, looks at her, oh my goodness! Yumm-o-licious! Let's continue with an ode to Gerard Butler.... His character in "P.S. I Love You" A DREAM!! Can you imagine a man doing something like that for you? Wow! If you haven't seen the movie yet, it's coming out on DVD this coming Tuesday.

A REAL oldie but WOW what a goodie! A man that will travel through time for the woman he loves! This movie's soundtrack will be in the delivery room with me if they will let me.
Ok, I'm typically not one for blondes but who doesn't love Westley!? This is just the best! So many great lines in this movie but I love it when Princess Buttercup is about to stick a knife in her own chest cuz she had to marry the rotten Prince Humperdink and Westley surprises her and says,"There's a shortage of perfect breasts in this world, be a pity to damage yours." Classic!
So what other great movie men am I forgetting? What movies did you watch and sigh hoping to find those traits in your Prince Charming? I know I have forgotten some good ones! SPILL!

While You Were Sleeping. I love love love that movie. Even Kevin acts surprised when I make him sit through it again: "that was actually pretty good" says the man that swears he doesn't like romantic comedy.
You've pegged some of the best! Shane won't admit it out loud but he LOVES Somewhere In Time! I do too! I have the soundtrack on my Ipod and Shane's ring is the theme on my phone. Wesley was wonderful! The Brat Pack heroes were charming in their way. I loved Legend (with Tom Cruise, don't like him now, but loved that movie), Val Kilmer in Willow, Han Solo, Indiana Jones, the list could go on and on all night Jen!
