CRAVINGS!

Everyone keeps asking me about whether or not I've been having any cravings and I can finally say, "I think so!" I have always loved peanut butter but knowing that I HAVE to have it the past little while, I guess that qualifies as a craving. Must have my peanut butter and jelly bagel in the morning. Skippy Natural Creamy is the BEST! No hydrogenated oils and none of the preservatives. So yummy!

When it was still chilly, one evening Aaron and I were driving home and I said "Go to Ralphs I need Popsicles! I proceeded to buy Popsicle Big Sticks (my favorite), the regular cherry, grape, and orange, the fudgesicles and some Skinny Cows. Love me some popsicles!!

When I had "THE COUGH THAT WOULDN'T LEAVE" I got so sick of cough drops and they really didn't help so I headed to Rite Aid and bought some Lifesavers and Jolly Ranchers. So my cough is long gone but I still have to have my Jolly Ranchers!

What I've found I haven't wanted which is such a blessing is greasy stuff. I normally LOVE chicken parmessean but I don't really ever want it. In fact, the smell of chicken is pretty icky but if you set it in front of me, I'll eat it cuz I know there's lots of protein in there.I also don't really crave pizza anymore but again...I won't turn it down if it's right there and I'm hungry! Chocolate has been a heartburn starter like no other but I just can't reject a chocolate chip cookie anymore...it's just cruel! I avoided them for 4 months or more of my pregnancy so now I just make sure the Tums are close by.
So what were some of your cravings when you guys were pregnant. What about your moms when they were pregnant with you?

You already know all I wanted was popsicles too. But, the first few weeks all I wanted was Beef! In any form, except raw that is. That lasted maybe 3 weeks and then I craved fruit. The strangest for me was cantaloupe and mangoes. I usually don't love cantaloupe. Loved the mangoes and couldn't get enough. But, I too didn't like greasy foods. Baby knows best! Loved the entry.

Red stuff--mostly tomatoes and watermelon. One night when I was pregnant with Savanna we were playing cards with friends and the red in the cards created a craving for a BLT--heavy on the T--which my sweet Kevin made for me. It didn't stay down too long much to the disappointment of our friends. I warned them by saying "please do not hold up any cards with red" and then...tah--dah. But yes, tomatoes and watermelon really did it for me.

With Jace, I craved McDonald’s fries. I would get them daily but of course I had to have a cheeseburger, big mac or chicken sandwich to go with them.
With Emery I craved Johnny Corino's Italian wedge salad, ants on a log, (celery, peanut butter and raisins) and snickers candy bars.

I think Baby Norah is made of applesauce and cottage cheese. I ate gallons of the stuff, gallons!
